Hi! I'm Caitlyn Shaw, a 32-year old mom of two wonderful kids. Ever since I became a mother, I had less time to go to the gym and workout. (Like what I am used to before I got married.) And so, I gained much weight and lost the energy I needed to survive the daily tasks of a busy mom. Just a couple of months ago I decided to bring back my fit lifestyle again so that I can be as productive as I have been before.
