Here are some fun ways by which you can exercise while looking after your little one.

Swimming - Swimming is cardio workout that is stress-free for your joints. It can also help your tired muscles to relax specifically when you're swimming on a warm pool. Swimming allows your baby to move freely and explore her instincts for water. Try early morning trips to kiddie pools so that you can enjoy a lot of free pool space with your baby or toddler.

Strollercise - Yes, you can shed those extra pounds while pushing your baby on a stroller. This is a good way for both of you to enjoy some sunshine and a breath of fresh air in the morning. You can go solo or you can go with your other mom friends.

Calisthenics - This can be done in your own bedroom. With calisthenics, you don't have to do crunches and sit-ups which can be difficult for you since you've just given birth. You simply have to do lunges, squats, push-ups, calf raises and other rhythmic exercises to get your body back in shape. For support, use an exercise ball with the right size.
